Castle and Wildlife Walks from Rye station

A 6km (4mile) circular walk of Rye Harbour Nature Reserve and Camber Castle, led by Dr Barry Yates of the Sussex Wildlife Trust. A walk through fields with sheep and lambs. Looking for wildlife as we walk and visiting a bird watching hide and Henry VIII’s castle.

As part of the Rye Festival of the Sea we are leading a guided walk around the short circular route of the nature reserve to see the seabirds that nest here and the ones that are passing through.

Start at Rye Harbour car park at 2pm return about 5pm.
