Wednesday Walks | Rye Harbour Nature Reserve
Wednesday wellbeing walk

Wednesday Wellbeing Walks

These weekly walks are free, short and friendly. Duration is up to two hours, stopping at the Lime Kiln Café for refreshments at the end.

The walks will give you a taste of our coastal wildlife throughout the changing seasons. Anyone can join in and there's no need to book. We lead these walks EVERY Wednesday morning, starting at the Rye Harbour toilets at 9.45am - to coincide with the bus from Rye.

Walking provides a pleasant way to improve health and well-being and to see wildlife and meet new people.

Our program of other walks and events can be found here.

There are lots of Health Walks in East Sussex organised by The Conservation Volunteers - click here for details.
