New Year's Day Walk at Rye Harbour Nature Reserve

New Year's Day Walk at Rye Harbour Nature Reserve

Burn off some of those festive calories with Sussex Wildlife Trust’s free birdwatching walk at Rye Harbour Nature Reserve on Friday 1 January from 10:00 to 12:30. Reserve Warden, Chris Bentley, will guide a short circular walk stopping at three bird watching hides, the saltmarsh and the beach.Meet at Rye Harbour village car park.

The following month on Sunday 21 February join Barry Yates, Manager of Rye Harbour Nature Reserve on a walk around Castle Water to look for waders, ducks, bittern and marsh harrier. Meet at Brede Lock, car parking nearby in Rye, TN31 7UG for this free event.
