Rye Harbour was named as one of Britain's Top 100 Favourite Walks as voted for by over 8,000 walkers. The Top 100 walks were revealed in a show on ITV1, and also included the South Downs Way.
Actor Robert Bathurst met with Rye Harbour Nature Reserve Manager Dr Barry Yates to walk the 17 km route from Rye to Camber Sands and enjoy the abundant wildlife.
You can download a copy of the route from the Ordnance Survey here. They describe the route as "a lovely walk around Rye Harbour nature reserve on the Sussex coast. There's great scenery with a wide range of habitats and spectacular wildlife"
